Effective Date: July 1, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable use of Styxproxy proxy services. By using Styxproxy, you agree to this policy. Violations may result in immediate credential revocation and permanent suspension from the service without refund.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all Styxproxy channels — the website and the Styxproxy Telegram bot. The same rules apply regardless of how you purchased your proxy.

5. Ban Claims
If your proxy IP is blocked by a website or service, you may raise a ban claim.
5.1 How to Raise a Ban Claim
Via Management Portal: Go to styxproxy.com/manage, enter your transaction reference, select "Report a Ban," upload a screenshot showing the block.
Via Telegram: Send "Ban claim for order [tx_ref]" to @styxproxy.
5.2 What Happens Next
An admin will review your claim. You may be asked to provide additional information. Replacement credentials are issued at Styxproxy's discretion based on the evidence provided.
5.3 Ban Claims vs. Refunds
A ban claim is not a refund. If your IP was blocked after delivery and the service was functioning at the time of delivery, this is a ban claim matter. See our Refund Policy.
6. Abuse Detection
Styxproxy monitors for prohibited use through traffic pattern analysis, complaint reports from third parties, anomalous usage signals, and automated detection systems.
If prohibited use is detected: we may immediately revoke affected credentials, suspend the associated account without notice, report the activity to law enforcement if required, and refunds are not provided for abuse-related revocations.
7. Report Abuse
If you become aware that a Styxproxy customer is using the service for prohibited activity, report it via the management portal at styxproxy.com/manage, or by emailing support@styxproxy.com. All abuse reports are investigated. Reporter information is kept confidential upon request.
8. Credential Revocation
Styxproxy reserves the right to revoke credentials immediately and without notice if: the proxy is used for prohibited activities, the proxy exposes Styxproxy or our infrastructure partners to legal liability, the customer engages in abusive behaviour toward Styxproxy staff, a third party provides evidence of illegal use, or a refund is approved (credentials revoked simultaneously). Revoked credentials cannot be reactivated. A new order must be placed if service is desired after revocation.
9. Infrastructure Partners
Proxy IPs are sourced from vetted third-party infrastructure providers. Customers do not interact with these providers directly. Prohibited activities that violate an infrastructure partner's acceptable use policy are also violations of this AUP.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram or notice on our website.
